In the Kharkiv region, Russian soldiers abducted a Ukrainian woman from her home to rape her. Prosecutor’s investigators found out about this, and journalists of Slidstvo.Info identified the occupiers.

In early April 2023, Ukrainian law enforcement officers served notice of suspicion to the servicemen of the 99th Self-Propelled Artillery Regiment of the 3rd Motorized Rifle Division of the 20th Combined Arms Army of the Western Military District of the Russian Armed Forces – the regiment commander Emil Akhmerov, the commander of the command and control vehicle division Mammi Mamiyev, and the driver Konstantin Shlyapnikov, who had abused the civilian population of the Izium territorial community of the Kharkiv Oblast.

On April 20, 2022, during the occupation of the Kharkiv region, the Russian invaders got drunk and drove an APC to the victim’s house.

According to law enforcement officials, Emil Akhmerov, nicknamed “Wolf,” fired a shot toward the household outbuildings, and the rest of the Russian military surrounded the Ukrainian woman’s house and yard. The woman came out of the house to screams and shots, the occupiers ordered her to hand over the cell phones of all the residents of the house for inspection, and then left.

In the evening, the occupiers Shlyapnikov and Mammiyev returned to the house and forced the woman to go with them with threats and shots, while her husband and his mother were told to stay at home. They pulled a hood over the victim’s eyes, put her in an APC and drove her to a private house where Akhmerov was waiting.

During the trip, one of the Russian military began to lift up the woman’s jacket and touch her body.

In the private house, where the Russian occupiers were staying, the woman was forced to have oral sex by an unknown Russian soldier, after which Akhmerov came and kicked him out of the room, saying that he would be the first to rape the Ukrainian woman. That same evening, the woman was also raped by Mammiev and Shlyapnikov, after which she was returned home.

According to a forensic expert, the woman’s cheek has scars that were formed as a result of the healing of a bruised wound.

The Slidstvo.Info journalists identified the Russian occupiers by their VKontakte and Odnoklassniki pages.

The 44-year-old commander nicknamed “Wolf” Emil Akhmerov is from Neftekumsk, Stavropol Territory, Russia. The military is married and has children.

The man graduated from the Kazan Higher Artillery Command School, and since 2000 he has served in various military units.

The wife of the Russian military, Aliya Akhmerova (née Ismagilova), has been together with the Russian occupier for a long time, as evidenced by many joint photos.

Judging by social media, the Russian military man has two sons, and on his pages he presents himself as a loving father and a good family man.

While her husband is raping Ukrainian women, Akhmerov’s wife goes to Italian restaurants and Moscow shopping centers.

Unlike the occupier’s wife, who avoids posts about the so-called special military operation, Akhmerov’s mother supports the war against Ukraine.

Emil Akhmerov has not been online for a long time. If the occupier is still alive, he faces imprisonment for a term of 8 to 12 years (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The second rapist, 21-year-old Konstantin Shlyapnikov, is from the city of Kungure, Perm region. After completing his military service, the occupier decided to sign a contract with the Russian armed forces. In 2020, the family of the Russian soldier moved to the village of Kermanovo, Vologda Oblast.

The occupier was in Ukraine from the first days of the full-scale Russian invasion.

Ukrainian defenders eliminated Shlyapnikov on October 24, 2022, in Svatove, Luhansk region.

Another rapist, 24-year-old junior sergeant of the 99th self-propelled artillery regiment Mammi Mammiev, is from the city of Dagestanskie Ogni (Republic of Dagestan).

The occupier’s social media pages are empty, but journalists managed to find information about the rapist on the website of school No. 7, where he studied.

As a part of propaganda, Russian teachers held a class hour for children on the topic “Heroes of Our Time,” during which they told them that on August 25, 2022, Mammiyev was eliminated by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
