The French company Holdview Properties, associated with Ukrainian businessman Rinat Akhmetov, owns two land plots and a chalet in Courchevel, located in the French Alps, according to an investigation by Slidstvo.Info, which cited data from the French property registry.
The French cadastre indicates that Holdview Properties holds two plots, measuring 781 and 25 square meters, and a 100-square-meter chalet, a type of cottage typical of the Alps.

The purchase date and cost of the chalet are undisclosed, but its value can be estimated based on its elevation of 1,840 meters above sea level, placing it in Courchevel-1850, the resort’s most prestigious and expensive area. Less exclusive districts, such as Courchevel-1650 (Moriond) and Courchevel-1550, are situated at lower elevations.
According to Residences Immobilier, the average price per square meter for similar properties in Courchevel was €21,700 ($25,035) in June 2025. Based on this, the 100-square-meter chalet owned by the Akhmetov-linked company could be valued at over €2 million ($2.3 million).

The smaller 25-square-meter plot was valued at €480,000 ($547,000) in 2020, or €19,200 ($22,000) per square meter, per cadastre data.
While the price of the larger 781-square-meter plot is not specified, using the smaller plot’s value as a benchmark, it could be worth nearly €15 million ($17.5 million). Together, the plots and chalet are estimated to be worth approximately €17.5 million ($20.4 million).
French corporate registry data shows that Holdview Properties is directed by Andriy Pastukhov, who also heads Cyprus-based SCM Finance Ltd. The company is owned by Cyprus-based SCM Holdings Ltd, Akhmetov’s primary investment firm, and Luxembourg-based Sunhold Estates SARL.

Akhmetov, his companies, and family members own multiple properties in France.
In January 2020, the Financial Times reported that an Akhmetov company purchased the elite Villa Les Cèdres on the French Riviera for €200 million ($222 million).
In October 2022, news outlet Ukrainska Pravda revealed that Akhmetov acquired Villa Anastasia in Cap Ferrat, near Nice, from businessman Pavel Fuks in 2016.
In June 2025, Slidstvo.Info reported that Akhmetov’s children, Daniyar and Damira, own the French company Almarin Properties, which holds a 217-square-meter chalet in Courchevel valued at nearly €78 million ($91 million).
