Slidstvo.Info journalists have discovered a sprawling estate belonging to the family of former Ukrainian MP Viktor Medvedchuk in the elite Rublyovka area outside Moscow, spanning more than 2,000 square meters.
In an investigation titled Putin’s goddaughter and her palaces, prepared in cooperation with KibOrg, reporters found that a Russian company owns four land plots and a massive house in the prestigious cottage settlement Zhukovka-21 Vek along the Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Highway in Moscow Oblast.
The company, Almirida Investments, has been controlled since February 2026 by JSC Renessans, whose owner is former Ukrainian television host Oksana Marchenko — Medvedchuk’s wife.

The 21-year-old Darya Marchenko, daughter of Viktor Medvedchuk and goddaughter of Russian President Vladimir Putin, serves as general director of Almirida Investments.
The property lies nine kilometers from central Moscow.

The house measures 2,217.4 square meters — roughly the same size as the Medvedchuk family residence in Pushcha-Vodytsia on the outskirts of Kyiv. It sits on four land plots totaling almost 1.5 acres.

The Medvedchuk family does not live in the mansion. It is listed for rent at 9.4 million rubles per month, which is approximately $120,000. A listing on Yandex.Realty describes the 2015-built property as featuring English-style landscape design.

The first floor includes two dressing rooms, a fireplace hall, dining room and kitchen, guest bedroom, home cinema, spa area, swimming pool, relaxation room, sauna, hammam, shower, plunge pool, gym, staff room, and laundry. The second floor offers three bedrooms with bathrooms, an office, library, living room, sauna, shower, bar room, two more dressing rooms, two bathrooms, two additional bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, five dressing rooms, and two bathrooms. The house has an elevator and a hidden video surveillance system. The grounds include a five-car garage and parking for five more vehicles.

In March 2025, Yandex.Realty called this property the most expensive rental in Moscow Oblast.

Earlier, Slidstvo.Info reported that Medvedchuk’s daughter Darya received a Russian passport in October 2025 at the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow. The document lists her surname as Marchenko, her mother’s, rather than her father’s.

Viktor Medvedchuk, who faces Ukrainian charges of state treason and violations of the laws and customs of war, was detained by Ukrainian law enforcement in April 2022 and handed over to Russia in September as part of a large-scale prisoner exchange.
Slidstvo.Info previously established that since 2023, a company linked to Viktor Medvedchuk’s circle has helped export grain from occupied parts of Zaporizhzhia Oblast and serviced a major titanium business in annexed Crimea that belongs to Vladimir Putin’s associates — the Rotenberg brothers.
